Typically,
software
expects
the
user
to
operate
it
exactly
as
it’s
been
designed
for,
however,
in
some
cases,
by
utilizing
the
weaknesses
within
the
software,
you
can
essentially,
create
your
own
extremely
powerful
piece
of
Software.
Just
by
looking
OUTSIDE
of
the
BOX
you
now
have
an
exceptionally powerful tool.
With
over
30+
years
of
Hands-On
experience
owning
and
operating
a
medium
sized
architectural
joinery
business,
managing
on
average,
35+
staff
members
(excluding
our
regular
sub-
contractors)
manufacturing
joinery
for
the
"High End" sector of the building industry.
With
this
experience,
a
terrific
understanding
was
gained
in
the
fundamental
principles
of
the
CAD/CAM
approach
to
manufacturing,
the
benefits
of
‘In-Line’
manufacturing,
and
of
course,
the
ability
to
deal
with
practically
any
situation
that
arose
with
regards
to
the
Computer
Aided
Manufacturing
process
that
had
been
adopted.
This
ability
and
attitude
was
absolutely
essential,
as
many
families
livelihoods relied on this performance.
The
absolute
necessity
to
consistently
work
to
a
very
strict
and
tight
timeframe,
and
to
thrive
on
being
under
constant
pressure
became second nature.
Realizing
that
every
job
is
as
individual
as
each
other,
and
thus,
making
the
requirements
in
order
to
complete
the
job
just
as
individual
as
well.
Pride
is
taken
on
the
ability
to
look
at
a
task,
assess
it,
and
take
the
most
appropriate,
fastest,
most
cost
effective,
and
uniform
means
of
getting
the project successfully completed.
We
were
in
the
industry
towards
the
beginning
of
when
what
was
an
industry
that
generally
had
the
capabilities
of
cutting
rectangular
shapes,
and
anything
other
required
a
creative
use
of
hand
tools
and
jigs.
We come with over 30+ years in the
Cabinet-Making, Shop-fitting, and
Architectural Joinery industry, with a
predominantly hands-on experience in the
automation of both high volume, and job
specific components.
